Do you end up loosing money every time you split a bill ?

                         Every time we go out with friends and spend money the person who pays loses at least a 100 bucks or in some cases makes the same . This is mainly due to bills when split being a crazy figure which cannot be easily round off . One way to avoid this is everyone paying with their card after splitting the bill or using apps to do the same for you .

                         I use an app called SPLITWISE which is available online as well (no need to install & hog up your RAM,ROM,etc .It could be used by roommates ,especially when you buy stuff of lower costs . It is kind awkward to ask for 5 bucks an egg or 10 for curd etc . This way no one looses money . Most money lost in these scenarios are due to the awkwardness of asking for lower denominations . Also you could find Old Mr Scrooge among you . I use an app called Splitwise for the same .

This way everyone is a winner , No one has to feel awkward while asking for your money . If you remember or are aware of the Pareto Chart "Vital Few Trivial Many" , splitting the bill right is the first step into financial management
